This month starts my busiest month of the year. The next two weeks are gonna be CRAZY. 2 Thursday weddings and 2 Saturday weddings and then Halloween weekend off! 🥳
Today and tomorrow, I’m trying to find some peace and quiet and relaxation before these busy weeks start.
Some may be able to just get up and go film an entire wedding day, but I absolutely can not! Ha! I have to mentally prepare myself for dayssss to make sure I’m on my A game and I’m thinking right to get the best shots and moments. 90% of the shots I get on a wedding day have been rolling over in my mind for weeks already. When I’m filming, I have to have the editing phase in mind before I ever get to that or it will never look right!
So if you find yourself having some down time the next couple days ;) say a quick little prayer that I am on it these next two weeks and can be the absolute best that my clients deserve! I’m SO super pumped for these next 4 weddings and to serve my beautiful couples on their wedding day! Each one is going to be spectacular ✨

I SO enjoyed some quiet days with my family. JK there are no quiet days when it comes to my family… and I love it! I did have the BEST time with them celebrating the 4th. Much needed vacay.
Due to vehicle issues, I stayed home for a couple days this week and cleaned, ate lots of chips and homemade salsa (yum) and watched moviessss🍿
(I forgot how brilliant the movie Annie is)
Now I’m back to work! Sorry for those I’ve left hanging on messages!

Um... I def got to capture a real live princess a couple Saturdays ago. ✨ We did NOT want to leave this wedding of Joshua and Natasha. It was so perfect and we felt like family. Was to excited to edit this clip. I saw the sun coming through the trees and it lit up the bugs and the dust (sounds ew but let me tell you... it was beautiful) so I had to have Natasha walk through the trees like she was a princess. Her dress, the trees, the sun, and her...it was all perfect. Love every second of this shot. ✨ More coming soon! ✨

Last week we had a pretty stressful couple of days. ER’s are NO fun 😪 But we’re back home and I’m checking off my list of work that was piling up! Happy Monday everyone! 🌥
The highlight of my day: ✨ Capturing this moment. This past Saturday, Will and Hannah said I do 🥰 The entire day was magical but there was something special about this dance they shared. They were finally married, the nerves were gone and in just a few hours they’d go home and start their life together. I think that’s why this moment was as beautiful as it was. As soon as the song started couples hit the dance floor and Hannah and Will weren’t too far behind. I quickly adjusted my camera and got all I needed and left them to have that moment to themselves. ✨ Did you have dancing at your wedding? 🌾
“Foreheads together and eyes closed.” That’s what Katie told Hannah and Jonathan when posing them for their wedding photos. But as I was editing their Raw footage, I noticed that Hannah did close her eyes but not much after, opened them back up to look at Jonathan. I thought it was so sweet. In a about an hour these two would be married. I’ve never realized how hard it must be to close your eyes and not be able to look at the one you’re about to marry in 60 minutes. So Hannah, I don’t blame you for opening your eyes back up 😉 It created such a sweet moment. Happy Tuesday everyone!
