Our last untold fact of DJM Beats:
Before each Reception that we DJed, I prayed. I prayed for the marriage of the newlyweds. I prayed for a beautiful night. I prayed that my ways could do His will. I believe the success of DJM Beats was all given to me because of Him. Thanks be to God for a great career and successful business for the last 9 years. Allie and I will continue to commit ourselves to his Will as we move into our future together.

So, this fact may leave you disgusted or you may follow my logic of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. Anyways; I have worn the same vest, shirt, and tie to 99% of our Weddings we have DJed. Yes, they were washed and dried between use. But, it’s an untold fact of DJM Beats! Enjoy!

I would have never made it these last 9 years without the great help from my 3 Assistants! Greg Mohlke, Erick Halaburt, and for the last few years, my beautiful Wife, Allie! They have come along, sometimes after working full-time shifts at their other jobs, to work well into the night. We would tell stories, laugh, and enjoy our time together! THANK YOU GREG, ERICK, and ALLIE!!!

We always brought a brand new pack of gum with us! There were several Bridal Parties that saw and found out about our stash of gum in the DJ Booth, and we generously shared! Gum was a staple for us...

We always stopped at a gas station for Gatorade or milk. Now, milk was the choice of Greg and why he chose that on a hot summer day, I’ll let him explain. But, we always stopped for a drink to get us through set-up!

So...Last Night was our LAST Pre-Wedding Reception Meeting. It was with Emily and Dustin who are as great as ever! These meetings were always a fun time to meet the amazing people that entrusted us to be a part of their very special day! I am grateful to the many couples I had these meetings with, and I will miss the opportunities that these meetings gave me to learn more about the good people of this world!
