Whoop whoop the work week concludes with this set of meals. Thursday’s it’s North we travel to cook food for this easy going but always on the go family. Ask and you shall receive- last week it was requested a full rack of ribs for (1) - I gotcha 😜 even though this family is NO dairy, NO Gluten, NO Legumes, NO Nuts, NO Egg, NO Potato and NO Bananas their meals would “appear” today otherwise. I’ve been testing different egg replacements in the recipes and think I may have found one I like that’s most like cooking with eggs.

Ever since the age of 6, I have always known I was going to be a chef. My Culinary Degree is from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. With more than 20 years of cooking and managing in restaurants and hotels, I can cook various types of cuisines and follow any dietary needs ( Gluten Free, Low Carb, Low Sodium, to name a few). My specialization is In-Home Meal Preparations customized to you & your family’s dietary needs. I can also cater your next dinner party or special event.
