Scientific name: Ranunculus

Ranunculus is a plant with over 1800 species. It also goes by the name "Water crowfoot" and "Spearworts" although they seem more like a micro-Peony to me!

They sprout from Persia up to Europe, where they are often considered weeds, due to having strong roots and sprouting up everywhere. (Dandelions of Europe?)

They are not an edible species!
