Cheers 🥂 to 5 years!!

💫💫💫 Today marks 5 years since I ventured into the world of business in the Event industry, and what a remarkable journey it has been. The road to this milestone has been lined with both triumphs and trials, each shaping me and my business in ways I never expected. From the exhilarating highs of success to the daunting lows of uncertainty, every experience has been invaluable.

In the early days, the excitement of starting something new was palpable, but it didn't take long for the challenges to surface. There were moments of doubt, sleepless nights that I still have 🤣 if you know you know, and tough decisions. Yet, through perseverance and resilience, we weathered the storms and celebrated our victories, big and small.

This journey wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support of our incredible customers. Your belief in our vision, your trust in our products/services, and your loyalty have been the bedrock of our success. Your feedback has been our guiding light, steering us towards constant improvement.

Additionally, the power of online support cannot be overstated. The shares, likes, and positive comments have amplified our reach and given us the encouragement to keep pushing forward, even when the path seemed daunting.

Today, as I reflect on these 5 years, I am filled with gratitude. Gratitude for the lessons learned, the relationships built, and the growth experienced. Every stumble has been a stepping stone, and every success a testament to the dedication poured into this venture.

I talk to clients and people in the event industry, and they have no clue that different professionals handle different parts of an event. Sometimes the event professionals do both, but it is essential to understand that these are different jobs. If you do both, you should be compensated for both

I am an Event Designer. I have experience in planning and production, but it's not what I choose to do. I design my client's entire space and work with vendors (sometimes 4-12 at a time) to make the vision come together. If a client hires me for a wedding, I provide wedding decor and day-of management for the decor to ensure the venue adheres to the clients' wishes.

If you are breaking into the industry or looking to hire a professional, it's good to know what each person does so you can decide on your pricing, and for a client, you can employ the proper partner for your important day.

Many Wedding Planners do not take on social events as their clients require attention to every moving part of their event.

Again, there are always exceptions to the rule, so know what you do and do not want to do and master that.

Wedding Planners help couples successfully plan their wedding day and see that everything runs smoothly. As a wedding planner, your responsibilities include establishing a planning timeline and working with the bride and groom to choose everything from attire, invitations, dress, tux, ceremony and reception venues, music, and food.

Event design encompasses the more creative side of event management. While a planner focuses on organization, Event Designers focus on the decor of the event. From draping to lighting, furniture, tablescape, dance floor, centerpieces, etc., it is our job to ensure your event is truly stunning.

Event Planner

An event planner structures an event, coordinates all of the moving parts and makes sure everyone has a good time.they do everything involved in making sure these events go smoothly, including choosing locations, hiring caterers, entertainment, and other vendors.
