Charcuterie!
Wedding rehearsal with a lovely charcuterie display followed by dinner of chicken picatta, Rosemary encrusted pork loin, pappardelle with lemon, cherry tomato, basil and arugula, grilled asparagus and roasted herbed potatoes. Finished with mini desserts
At St Irenaeus we hosted Coach John Beilein with another charcuterie display, sliders and dips.
