Donated meal supporting OCIMA for this group of friends, so much fun!
Charcuterie, elevated burrata salad, Maltese potatoes, grilled asparagus, tenderloin, shrimp skewers and finished with olive oil cakes topped with fresh whipped cream, peaches and blueberries

I was so honored to be part of this beautiful and joyous occasion. I had the pleasure of catering this beautiful couples 40th anniversary, just the most lovely ceremony with amazing people. I feel so lucky to be part of this celebration and share with them in this day. Friends that are like family and treat you like you are …and she got a puppy! (I did not do the desserts, those were on point!)

Wedding rehearsal with a lovely charcuterie display followed by dinner of chicken picatta, Rosemary encrusted pork loin, pappardelle with lemon, cherry tomato, basil and arugula, grilled asparagus and roasted herbed potatoes. Finished with mini desserts

At St Irenaeus we hosted Coach John Beilein with another charcuterie display, sliders and dips.
