Last nights menu was mozzarella with fresh made pesto, ricotta stuffed dates and olives to start followed by farfalle pomodoro, then herb grilled chicken skewers with balsamic reduction and last but not least spring berry tart with a honey infused dark chocolate ganache!

Tonight as clients picked up their weekly meals, I was reminded that what we offer at When Taste Matter’s is not just convenience. Not just quality meals. Not just a memory for families and friends. But, sometimes through clean cooking, local and fresh ingredients, through preparation that genuinely cares I/we at times are helping an individual or individuals who may be struggling with addiction to hyper processed foods, who are stuck in a rut and in need of a helping hand, and yes actually helping break bad habits so the next time they look in the mirror they feel a sense of pride and success as we build TOGETHER new healthier habits!

Leaving behind a powerful positive fingerprint is a wonderful and important thing! Be good to each other and to yourself!
