Senior Circle is a free health & wellness program for adults 55 and older, with no Jones Center membership necessary.

Senior Circle meets the fourth Friday of the month for a gathering focused on healthy living, wellness education and socializing with friends old and new.

At Senior Circle, mature-aged adults come together, share ideas, make friends and learn new ways to live their best life.

We love a parade! 😍 Jones Center staff and friends were thrilled to participate in TWO community parades last week! Rodeo of the Ozarks opening day parade 🐎 and NWA Equality pride parade 🏳️‍🌈. We had fun together and we even won first place for the Clubs and Organizational floats in the rodeo parade! 🏆❤️💙

We have over 1,000 kids attending summer camp – including our free Learn to Swim camp for kids who may have missed the chance when they were younger.

"That's exactly who this camp is for," Jeff Poole told KUAF 91.3 Public Radio.

"We want those kids to have an opportunity to learn to swim in a shame-free environment. We have instructors who are specially trained for that age, and we would just encourage you to remember that swimming in a life skill.”

🏊FREE LEARN TO SWIM SUMMER CAMP!!

🏊We’re making waves with a free Learn to Swim summer camp for kids who are new to the water. Ages 8-12 can learn basic swimming techniques like floating, treading water, submerging, kicking and moving through water. Camp will be held July 8-12 from 8am to 12pm at the Jones Center.

WE’RE STOKED to welcome Pedal It Forward NWA to the Jones Center campus!

🚴‍♀️🚴🏿‍♂️ The Northwest Arkansas nonprofit collects, refurbishes and distributes free & low-cost bicycles to those who can’t afford them.

🚴‍♀️🚴🏿‍♂️ Don’t miss Pedal It Forward’s grand opening celebration Monday, June 17 from 6-7:30pm. Their newest bike shop is located on the west side of campus.

The nonprofit makes used bikes roadworthy and donates them to people in need for recreation and transportation.

Last week we had 60 brave and creative kids on campus for our NWA’s Got Talent summer camp. The culminating event was a talent show for families. They had so many new skills to share! 🫶 Need help applying for disaster relief after the May 26 tornados? Our Center for Nonprofits at St. Mary's in Rogers is hosting FEMA and other agencies to provide in-person assistance Wednesday from 8am to 6pm and Thursday from 8am to 3:30pm. Staff will be onsite at McAuley Hall to assist in English, Spanish and Marshallese. No appointment necessary.

🫶 We hope our neighbors affected by the storms will take advantage of this opportunity to receive valuable information and support.
