Halito everyone!

The Tvshka Trials is back for 2023 and looking a little different than last year.

It is still an online competition (for Choctaw Wellness Center members only) to test their fitness against others. This year we are running for two weeks instead of four. Competitors will have two workouts by the end of the first week and two more due by the end of the second week.

Three divisions to choose from: Rx, Scaled, and Masters

Tickets are now available for purchase! Shirts will be first come, first served for sizes from ticket registration. All proceeds will be going to Choctaw Nation's Foster Care & Adoption. For those that would like to donate in addition to their ticket purchase or those that would like to donate without participating in the competition, there is a donation option on Eventbrite as well!

Prizes:
1st and 2nd place will win Visa cards in each division. 3rd place will win Wellbucks.

Rx:
1st - $200
2nd - $100
3rd - 50 WB

Scaled & Masters:
1st - $100
2nd - $50
3rd - 50 WB

Here is the Heat List for Murph for this Saturday, May 27th! Come on and check it out! Murph is always a great time with friends and to remember those have fallen.

This workout is dedicated to Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was a SEAL team member who lost his life serving his country in Afghanistan in 2005.

Be sure to get with a coach before your heat and have a judge(non spousal) at the ready if you are competing for this year's prizes!
