➡️For example, you can "hide" a checklist task from a collaborator (say, to hide a task that is only for you and your team)... Or you can give a collaborator "view only" rights to a task, so they can see the task and post comments about it, without being able to change anything.

Lastly, you can give a collaborator "edit" rights to a particular checklist task. For example, you can let your bride edit a task related to setting the guest count, so she can add information (without emailing you) 😉

Ultimately, you're in control... You'll receive notifications (in Timeline Genius and via email) anytime someone posts a comment or makes a permitted edit. And you're the only person who can see all communications — no collaborator can see your conversations with the others. 😍
