CASBA Food and Pastries Mediterranean and Middle Eastern homemade foods and pastries available for online ordering, Braintree Farmers Market, and Copley Square Farmers Market.

CASBA Catering is a local catering company focusing on Middle Eastern cuisine. CASBA is run by Fatiha Soufan and is currently based out of Marshfield. We are at the Marshfield Farmers Market every Friday from 2-6 and are available for personal orders as well. Please send any inquiries to the email listed.

We are now accepting orders for pickup at the Copley Square Farmers Market on May 19th, 2020.
We will begin accepting orders within the next few weeks for the Braintree Farmers Market on June 13th.

Casba is going to be providing prepared food this year’s winter farmers markets. You can preorder from our website or through market today. The Marshfield market is going to be on the third week of each month starting November 17, 10:00 to 2:00 pm. Braintree’s winter market will also be on November 17 from 9:00 am till 1:00 pm

Our Story

Based out of Marshfield, MA, CASBA is owned and operated by certified chef, Fatiha Soufan. In 1989, Fatiha left her home country of Morocco to pursue higher education and a better life in Boston, MA. While taking classes, she worked a number of part time jobs to support herself, many of them being jobs in culinary arts. After starting a family, Fatiha put her culinary career on hold for a number of years- but never lost her passion for cooking and baking.

In 2015, Fatiha returned to school to study culinary arts, and became a certified chef. While in school, she began to participate as a vendor and sell food items at the Marshfield Farmers Market, then expanding to Braintree and Boston.

Today, CASBA is a vendor at the Braintree and Copley Square Farmers Markets, and is available for catering as well.
