Tomorrow, June 18th, is the first official in-person class I will be having since the pandemic began. Every Thursday and Sunday From 6:30pm-8:30pm I will be teaching Mindful Painting Classes in Ft. Lauderdale, FL at @freeflowstudiomokshahouse !

Mindful Painting Classes are classes where we meditate together as a group and after our meditation you can paint whatever comes up for you. You can also bring a premeditated reference photo and with my guidance I will help you create whatever it is your heart desires! You will leave the class with new techniques you can apply to your own craft, a sense of community within the class and a work of art to take home. I provide all the materials. All you have to bring is yourself, an open mind and maybe some snacks!

The link to register is in mine and @freeflowstudiomokshahouse bio. Please make sure to register ahead of time as spots are limited due to Covid regulations. Classes are typically $25 and all classes are $10 until the end of June! We also have a 10 pack class for $100 and you can use the class pack towards any class at our studio! We have reiki, yoga, acroyoga, ceramics, belly dancing and ecstatic dance! You must create a Mindbody login to register.
