Live Music Ignites Satellite Beach at Island Root Kava Bar with Jakob’s Castle Headlining

Island Root Kava Bar — March 21, 2026 — Music fans gathered for an unforgettable night of high-energy live performances as Jakob’s Castle headlined a packed show alongside opening act Chase Harvey at Island Root Kava Bar in Satellite Beach, Florida.

Jakob’s Castle, known for their genre-blending style that fuses alternative rock, reggae influences, and modern indie sounds, delivered a dynamic and engaging performance that resonated with the crowd. With tight musicianship and an energetic stage presence, the band continues to build a reputation for immersive live shows that connect deeply with audiences. Their ability to shift between melodic grooves and powerful anthems kept fans engaged throughout the night.

Opening the evening, Chase Harvey set the tone with a compelling performance that showcased his versatility as an artist. Blending elements of acoustic-driven rock with soulful vocals, Harvey’s set created an intimate yet vibrant atmosphere, drawing the audience in early and setting the stage for the headlining act.

The event, which drew approximately 200+ enthusiastic fans, also highlighted a high-performance audio setup that played a crucial role in the night’s success. The system featured RCF TT515-A speakers paired with RCF TT808-A, delivering powerful, clear sound throughout the venue. At front of house, the mix was handled by the Allen & Heath SQ-5, operating at 96kHz for exceptional audio fidelity.

Rick Nemetz, owner of Portable Sound Solution Inc., enthusiastically praised the system’s performance:
“The speakers were absolutely amazing—the sound quality continues to impress me more every time I use them. Even at loud volumes with 200 screaming fans, they cut right through the crowd. In a small venue, one of the biggest challenges is getting vocals to sit clearly above a live drum kit and electric guitar amps on stage, and these speakers handled that without any disappointment. When combined with the Allen & Heath SQ5 running at 96kHz, along with onboard compressors and processing tools, the entire setup became outstanding. We received numerous compliments from attendees, making the experience incredibly rewarding.”

Church at Viera Hosts Advanced Commitment Night at King Center with Allen & Heath Avantis

Melbourne, FL — March 8, 2026 — Church at Viera hosted its Multiple Discipleship Journey Advanced Commitment Night at the King Center for the Performing Arts, bringing together church members for an evening of worship, reflection, and commitment marking the culmination of an intensive discipleship journey.

The event’s audio production featured a streamlined all–Allen & Heath signal path, anchored by an Allen & Heath Avantis mixing console at front-of-house and an Allen & Heath SQ-5 dedicated to monitor mixing all running at 96k.

All stage inputs were handled through Allen & Heath DX1608 stage boxes connected to the SQ-5. The monitor console’s Allen & Heath SLink Option Card provided the link to the Avantis at front-of-house using the Tie Line option, allowing seamless sharing of inputs between consoles while maintaining a simple and reliable workflow.

The Allen & Heath system was brought into the venue for the event and integrated directly with the house sound system at the King Center for the Performing Arts.

Front-of-house audio for the evening was mixed by Rick Nemetz, owner of Portable Sound Solution Inc, who served as A1 for the event. Sam Henery handled monitor engineering duties on stage using the SQ-5.

Nemetz praised the Avantis’ onboard processing capabilities, noting that the console provided everything needed for the mix without external plug-ins or processing.

“The Allen & Heath Avantis was amazing,” said Nemetz. “With all the options in the dPack, including onboard compressors, the use of the Dyn8 multi-band compressors, and the Source Expander, there was no need for outboard processing like Waves.”

The system delivered a powerful and transparent mix for the evening’s worship music and speaking segments, demonstrating the flexibility and power of modern digital mixing systems in live worship environments.

For Church at Viera, the night represented a significant milestone for participants completing the church’s discipleship pathway, celebrating months of spiritual growth and commitment within the church community.
