Administrative Assistant Needed
We’re hiring! We’re looking for someone intelligent, loyal, driven, and highly motivated. The primary goals are to help the Agent increase their productivity and business; to assist agent in developing client’s for life, recruit, and retain agents; to keep the company on track of their goals; and to decrease expenses.
The perfect candidate must be organized and detailed oriented. He/She must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to think quickly. If you’re a tactician, this maybe perfect for you. This position is intended for the multi faceted individual with high energy. Every day is essentially the same but however very different. The perfect assistant must be strategic, deadline driven, and able to prioritize items of importance while multi tasking throughout the day.
The ideal candidate must be professional, have a great work ethic, take pride and accountability of their work, and be able to take initiative. Strong communication skills is also required. On some days, the majority of the day will be making and receiving phone calls. Because of this, you must have a love for people.
The perfect candidate must also be computer savvy. He/She must be a quick learner and be able to adapt to and master new systems. He or she must be learning based. An administrative background is preferred but is not required.
Administrative duties will include, but are not limited to, email management, schedule management, transaction management, database management, inventory management, listing management, lead generation, client care, managing leads and lead flow, and marketing.
