Today is our 17th wedding anniversary! 🥰 As you see in the picture of two large floral arrangements on top of columns, there is always a back story in pictures. When James and I planned our wedding, our budget was tight and we wanted to “do-it-yourself” (DIY) and be frugal. I’m truly blessed that my mom gently told me to let her take care of some items. She offered to pay for flowers from a reputable florist because she already had a working relationship with the florist from previous events. The point here is — don’t exhaust everyone else and fool yourself in thinking the DIY route is a money saver. 🤦🏾‍♀️ That’s why event vendors exist to relieve you from undue stress. Like my motto says, “after all, it is your special day to rejoice, not worry!” 🫰🏾🫰🏾🥳🥳

Hi everyone!

Hands of Grace Deaf Church (HGDC) warmly invites you to join us for Easter / Resurrection Sunday Service this Sunday, April 17, 2022. Please note the special time as we will start our church service at 10:30 AM (instead of the usual time at 1 PM). Feel free to bring your family and friends!

We will have lunch fellowship for everyone and we will provide meat. Please bring a dish, drinks or dessert to share. Kindly inform Diane or Ann Lynn what you will bring.

Be mindful that there is a park near our church, Hellyer Park, and there will be heavy traffic on a single lane bridge off 101 South - Hellyer Ave exit. Please try to arrive before 10 AM so you won’t be stuck.
