This time 11 years ago, we were swimming in the ocean (in the dark, yes) with our friends+family… celebrating being newly married and wondering where the years would take us. So happy it’s lead us to here and now. I’m in love with the life we’ve created. Happy Anniversary to us! 🤍

A bride who hugged her way down the aisle? A bespoke aubergine suit? A dance with their dogs? This one had it ALL. 🤍

Nicole & Evan’s Pebble Cove Farm wedding was the perfect mix of heartfelt and playful, with just the right amount of PNW charm. Their invitations set the tone with waves, textures, and coastal-inspired colors, giving guests a first glimpse of the magic to come.

On the day itself, a teary Nicole greeted guests on her way down the aisle on her way to Evan. They both shared vows that read like actual poetry and kicked off cocktail hour with signature drinks named after their sweet pups! Their reception was full of laughter, heartfelt toasts, and the kind of joy that only happens when all your favorite people are together in one place. And yep - the dogs even made it onto the dance floor!

Choosing images was almost impossible because every detail felt undeniably “them”: coastal, so very joyful, and overflowing with love. Happy 1 year (and some change) to E+N! I LOVED being your photographer. 🤍

Rachel and Russel’s story started back in high school. While I didn’t know Russel then, I did photograph some of Rachel’s senior portraits - not realizing I’d one day be documenting her as a bride! Since then, I’ve also photographed her sister Stephanie’s wedding, and now Rachel + Russel’s, with their (adorably teary) dad officiating both ceremonies.

Their wedding day at Dockside at Duke’s, on the edge of South Lake Union, was rooted in connection and family from the very start. Their moms walked in together, Stephanie’s boys took on the roles of “ring security” and “petal patrol,” and guests laughed and cried through vows that were years in the making.

Walking alongside Rachel and her family through so many milestones has been the sweetest reminder of why I absolutely love what I do. (Swipe for a little throwback…🤍🤍🤍)

S+A’s sunny afternoon engagement session is giving me LIFE. S and I discussed locations at length over email and I’m so glad we ended up at Tacoma’s Spanish Steps because this session is such a vibe! Their sweet mix of serious and smiles was so much fun to capture and I love that they chose to dress up for our session! On that note - if you like dressing up, PLEASE DO for your engagement photos!
