Shout Out to TCU Harris College for letting us cater your tailgate, always so much fun! Menu - Brisket (of course), chicken fingers, Brats with grilled onions, pasta salad and of course logo cookies and football brownies. Special thank you to David, Collin and Mandi, we could not do it without you!

Who says you can't have breakfast for dinner? On the reception menu there was bacon, sausage, breakfast burritos, hash browns, fruit salad, pancakes, french toast and a waffle bar - complete with berries, whip cream and chocolate syrup! Congratulations to the bride and groom.

We did a Mediterranean Feast for the Career Center at TCU - menu included Greek Chicken, Veggie Kabobs, tzatziki sauce, muhammara dip (yummy!), Falafel, Feta, tomato, cucumber salad, roasted potatoes and of course baklava! Always grateful for these opportunities.

TCU Homecoming Tailgate. Thank you to Social Work Alumni for the opportunity to cater for you. On the menu Brisket Sliders, Buffalo Chicken Fingers, Baked Beans, Fruit Salad, Pasta Salad and Mexican Street Corn - always a favorite. Fried Apple Pies and Cocolate Chip cookies for dessert. Always a fun time especially with a TCU win!!

The Party Tray has been VERY busy here lately. Orders daily and weekends filled with weddings. So busy we’ve forgotten to take pictures to share! Thank you to everyone for your support of our small family business. We couldn’t do it without you 💕

We catered a beautiful wedding last night at a spectacular venue, Stonebridge Wedding and Event Venue🤩 On the menu was herb crusted roasted pork, smothered ranch chicken, grilled vegetable medley, mac and cheese with garunteed cheese pulls, and buttery mashed potatoes with a topping bar on the side. Wanting to up your potato bar? Add French fried onions, bacon, and jalapeños 🤤

A small wedding yesterday we had the pleasure to cater. An eclectic menu punched with flavor. Beef and chicken fajitas, chicken a waffles (always a crowd fav), Quiche Lorraine, and roasted potatoes.
For dessert a chocolate fudge naked cake with dessert cups.

It’s been a while since we’ve had a charcuterie table go out so it only makes sense to do one the size of a center island with scratch made dips, cheeses, homemade garlic pita chips, and snack foods galore. Congratulations to the graduate, happy we could be apart of your celebration 🎉

What a wedding! 205 people in a beautiful art gallery, Artspace 111. Cocktail hour had all handheld snacks so the guests were able to enjoy the art and snack. Dinner consisted of street tacos two ways, chicken enchiladas (the crowd favorite 🏆) charro beans, and street corn.

We have the best team that helps makes this possible! You’re the best!

On the menu: chicken, beef fajita, veggie, and garlic shrimp kebobs. Chocolate, cookies&cream, and strawberry cheesecake dessert cups
