Ever been to a wedding or event and you were left waiting to eat for over an hour? Well.... I have, and I have to say it was very disappointing.

When you are planning an event, the food is one of the most important details you want to consider, from cocktail hour to the main course. You want to make sure that your event offers a variety of items for all your guests to enjoy. Having your guest to wait more than 45 minutes or more will cause you to lose some of your guest, and their attention to your event. And for others.... it will leave them ordering their own meal at your event. No host wants this to happen. Make sure your meal planned and severed well within a timely manner.

An extensive menu isn’t necessary in this case, but you can consider about 5 to 7 varieties of hors d’oeuvres to easily keep guests happy as long as you include a variety of flavors to please.
