Let's talk turkey! 🦃 Do you want us to cook your turkey for you? Message or call us now to preorder your Thanksgiving smoked turkey! 🍂

The preorder cutoff is Sunday, November 17th. Pickup in North Mankato on Wednesday, November 27th. (Pickup times are flexible)

The turkeys are fully cooked and ready to reheat on Thanksgiving day. Your turkey pan includes delicious drippings that you can make into a smoked turkey gravy! We provide reheat instructions and our gravy recipe!

Turkey size range: 14-16 lbs

This is our Southwest Salad. It is topped with smoked chicken, scratch made roasted corn salsa, pico de gallo, chipotle ranch and fresh shredded cheddar cheese!

It made its debut at Toast to Women on Saturday. Stop by the stand at one of our upcoming events to give it a try!

We are excited for the Party on the Prairie Fall Festival today! Grab a Big Tater or Loaded Mac and Cheese and enjoy music from The Jolly Pops at 2 pm and The Murphy Brothers Band at 3:30 pm!

There is also a corn pit, scarecrow walk, face painting, bounce house, hayrides, drinks and more! See you there!

What a fun night at Crave - 2024! A big thank you to FOCP BackPack Food Program for raising money to feed our local youth! Our backpack ingredient was craisins in which we incorporated into two elements of our dish.

Our appetizer course was Bourbon Cranberry glazed Pork Belly Burnt Ends garnished with a Cranberry Stone Mustard.

Chef Shawn made a jelly out of craisins and cranberry juice. The pectin in the craisins is a natural thickening agent so no additional ingredients were needed.

He then incorporated the jelly into his glaze that consisted of more cranberry juice, hot honey and local Ranch Road Spirits Bourbon. Then it simmered, and simmered and simmered some more.

Our pork belly burnt ends were seasoned in his own scratch made pork rub and smoked to perfection. Then incorporated with the bourbon cranberry glaze and put back on the smoker to tack up for the perfect burnt end shine.

We garnished the plate with a cranberry stone mustard made with the crasin jelly and pureed for a perfect consistency for our presentation.

It was challenging, intense at times and so fun! What a great event and an amazing way to give back to our community!

We are so excited for Crave - 2024! This amazing fundraiser highlights the talents and innovation of local chefs, challenging them to create a culinary dish out of an ingredient from a kids back pack.

Our ingredient this year is craisins! Keep your eyes peeled next week to see what we have created with this back pack ingredient!

FOCP BackPack Food Program works year round to help ensure that kids in the greater Mankato area ask, "what's for lunch" instead of "is there lunch"?

Tickets for Crave are sold out for 2024 but please consider donating, volunteering and/or attending one of their fundraising events in the future!
