A busy week for us!
This time of year for the past 30 years, we cater for a lovely group that comes from Boston.
As much as we would like to stay open for other catering jobs or charcuterie/grazing boards, the time it requires to prepare breakfast, lunch & dinner for this large group leaves no extra time for anything else!
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope that you understand .
As always, we love our clients and appreciate your support so very much.

Most of our catering dishes are homemade or should I say housemade in our commercial kitchen.

I cannot believe it’s been that long but it has.

I posted this reel last year because I had several requests for my lasagna recipe. I honestly don't really have a precise recipe.Lasagna is one of those things that I feel does super well with intuition, a basic understanding of what lasagna is... And your personal taste. The one thing I don't particularly like is a lasagna filled with pasta instead of loaded with meaty goodness and a creamy layers that hold up really well when you slice into it.
