There’s no doubt that the wedding planning process is an extensive and intense process - but it’s one that ends in with smiles, happy tears, and endless memories to look back on.

When striving towards that perfect day, there are a few things that can easily be forgotten. Here are the top five things we see get lost in the planning process. We hope this list helps all the 2025 couples out there ✨🤍. Here’s to your year 🥂

💍 Confirm that your officiant meets all State qualifications to legally marry you!

✈️ If you’re going out of the country on your honeymoon, make sure that your passports and identification are up to date and meet travel requirements.

🤍 Think through who will be collecting and taking home your wedding items at the end of the night (& do they have a vehicle big enough to transport everything???)

💅🏼 Prepare for the big day by scheduling a hair and makeup trial. You should always make sure that your hair and makeup looks exactly the way you’re wanting before the day of!

💻 Create a wedding website! A wedding website stores all your wedding information your guests to easily accesses throughout your engagement.

We are hiring assistants to join us on our 2025 (& on) calendar.
Our assistants must have the following qualities and are available to work weekends (Saturdays especially!!!) -

😌 Event experience is great, but not required
🤍 Familiarity and Comfortable using Google Programs
✨ Detail Oriented
🤌🏼 Strong Communicator + Comfortable Speaking to crowds/
groups
🗓️ MUST have availability during the months of May/June & September/ October

Please note that this is a part-time position and the job requires assistants to be on their feet for a minimum of 8 hours!

For 2025 couples, this will be the last holiday season of being engaged. Though it is a very exciting and joyous time , you may enter a space that feels overwhelming, and we want you to know that is normal. You’ll be with loved ones and key players that will have a lot of wedding questions. Here are some tips to create boundaries and enjoy your holiday!

🤍 Have a dedicated wedding planning session where everyone can ask all their questions, share ideas, talk it out, get things done.

🤍Keep a running list of all the questions and send them to your wedding planner/coordinator (or to other vendors) all at once. This will drastically speed up our response times when we return and will play a big part in getting out of our backlog.

🤍Set expectations with your family for turnaround time on getting answers to their questions. Wedding Pros will need that first full week of January to cull through emails and respond.

🤍Most importantly, enjoy some downtime with your partner, family and friends!

We hope that these small tips and tricks ease the overwhelming feelings this time of year can bring✨🥂🤍.
