Thank you for the opportunity MartinArts! What an honor to work along with 4 other amazing mural artist! The tables (built by Project Lift) are currently on display in the courtyard at the Court House Cultural Center (80 SE Ocean Blvd., Stuart). They will be holding a live auction on Friday, February 24 from 5:30-7PM during their gallery opening reception. The auction will be held at approximately 6:30PM. Now through Friday, February 24, you could buy the table of your choice for $2500 via (https://www.martinarts.org/support_us/events/artsfest/picnic-table-mural-project.html) or you can attend the live auction event. Auctioneer Elliott Paul will conduct the auction to benefit the artists, Project Lift and MartinArts

People's Choice Winner: Pat Denuzzio!!

If you joined us at ArtsFest over the weekend, you undoubtedly caught a glimpse of our 5 talented artists working away on their picnic table murals. Attendees who stopped by the Martin County Art in Public Places booth had the opportunity to vote for their favorite. It was a close vote, but Pat Denuzzio takes the title of People's Choice!

Don't miss your chance to take one of the incredible tables home with you at our live auction during the opening reception of our upcoming exhibit: Dorothy Gillespie, Works in Living Color on the evening of Friday, February 24th.

I got to demo paint a mural on a picnic table for charity this weekend for Artsfest in Stuart. I can't wait to see what it auctions for. There were 5 demo artist there and each table's buy-it-now price was $2500.

1st time using..Montana Gold spray paint. Those wall muralist make it look so easy, ..it wasn't! An ice cube tray and brushes saved the day...and a respirator saved my lungs!

People often ask me why I have so many brushes? I use a no reuse/double-dip system, nor water bowl, for painting faces. I typically bring 150+ brushes and 50+sponges per event.
