On a very rare occasion I get to serve the food I cater. That brings me so much Joy, imagine witnessing guests eat your food with smiles on their faces. I am typically exhausted after catering each event asking myself, why do I do this again? I promise I am not going anywhere anytime soon. I enjoy bringing great food to your event. I love when guests are asking about my catering services that means I am building community. It's always love here, and I am grateful for it!! 🥰🥰🥰

I know what you are thinking why Taste of Decadence, well as I was licking my fingers of the spices from my jerk wings, I wanted to run down the street and tell the world how good they were. Our customers order their favorite meals for their families, and we love all the support. Home cooked meals we deliver right to your door, gives you more time to focus on the most important thing....fighting your brother in law for the last jerk wing. I mean we are making memories here. Here is a rare photo of our curry goat dish. According to CNN "In Jamaica, curry reflects a mix of British and Indian influences on cuisine, which became customized to local tastes and ingredients, in particular, curry goat." But I could have told you that sort of...my family came to New York from Jamaica and I learned this recipe along with others from the women in my family. It taste nice trust me! While this dish is available by special order...I am sure we can make an exception.

Let's talk about them wings, jerk wings. We marinate our wings overnight so they can do what they do. That's their business that it elevates the spice level during the process. Allow me to reintroduce myself. Yes, you know my name, but do you know what I am about? I LOVE COMMUNITY. It gives me all the good fuzzy feelings when I'm at an event and someone recognizes me. Of course, I haven't seen them in forever because life happens. But when I see you, just know it's all love!
Food drives me because, tuh, have you tried my jerk wings yet? Them thangs be slappin'. On a serious note, I find so much passion in sharing my family's recipes with you.
