March is National Nutrition Month 😋

Mix things up, find some new foods, experiment., get out of the rut.
You never know what you’ll discover.

This was my mid morning snack. The egg white wrap also comes in an everything flavor.

Add some healthy fats and veggies and it’s a perfect grab and go. Filling too 😉

In French, Mardi Gras means “Fat Tuesday.”

In England, today is Pancake Day. Among Pennsylvania Dutch, it’s Faasenacht Day( fast night). The Polish call it Pączki Day, after a puffy jelly donut.

Whatever you call it, it comes from the tradition of using up the eggs, milk, and fat in the pantry because they were forbidden during the 40-day Lenten fast, which begins tomorrow on Ash Wednesday.

So this morning I decided to make Protein Pancakes. Not the same I know, but still yummy 😉
