I had a great time at (Consumer Electronics Show). I want to highlight a few experiences that truly stood out this week!

The Brand Innovators Leadership Summit was one of them, with valuable insights from Delta Air Lines Chief Marketing Officer Alicia Tillman, among others.

MediaLink "Beyond the Buzzword: The Rise of Consumer Experiences," was another highlight, featuring Christine Maguire, Global Vice President, at Tripadvisor and Mark Weinstein, at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, discussing the evolving travel landscape.

These insights will undoubtedly enhance our approach to serving our leisure travel clients.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a few ILTM Cannes events (International Luxury Travel Market) and meeting with some of the hotels I work with globally. As a Travel Advisor in the luxury sector, ILTM Cannes is the not to be missed, invite only, annual end of year travel trade show taking place in Cannes, France. Hotel owners, General Managers, and Sales Directors from around the world come here to connect with handpicked Travel Advisors who sell luxury travel.

It was also great to connect with some of my Cannes based event production team. While it might look like parties, there were a lot of deals and new business relationships being formed! Greatful for my global relationships and clients. I look forward to an amazing 2025 ahead!

PSA: For those planning to leave the USA. As full-time Travel Advisors & Corporate Event Producers of 17 years. We encourage you to visit the country you wish to live in for at-least ONE month. Find an airbnb in the community you're interested in, and see how day to day life is. Explore other areas, talk to locals, and expats.

Emotions are high. People are inboxing us asking where should they go and they are ready to go ASAP. We get it, but you have to be strategic too!

Our advice: 1. put together a list of 6 countries max that you like. Research gov't (don't hop out the frying pan, into the fire) 2. education systems. 3. median income 4. whats' the official language, are you open to learning other languages 5. value of local currency. 6. current/past political climate 7. local customs, do they align with you. 8. cost of living 9. infrastructure 10. is public transportation easy. 11. can you work remotely. 12. Is there a good job for you in that country 13. Do you feel safe and at peace considering that destination, your intuition won't lie! Now after answering those questions you may have 2-3 countries on your shortlist. Go and visit each country for 1 month min or at-least 2 wks if you can't do a month.

While there is no magic formula, we believe approaching a major life change with a detailed plan will make the transition smoother, and put you in the best position to make an informed decision!

Our client's milestone birthday adventure was a testament to the ultimate Tanzanian experience! From extensive pre-planning to the moment she arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport, we took care of everything. Our driver/guide met her and transferred her to a stylish 4-star hotel to rest before embarking on an unforgettable private safari adventure, complete with night game drives!

She explored the wilds of Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, then hopped on a light aircraft to the Serengeti (2hr flt, Tanzania is huge)for more adrenaline-pumping game drives. Afterward, she flew to Zanzibar and landed in paradise at a 5-star resort, where crystal-clear waters and powdery white sands awaited.

She didn't just relax (although, that sounds great too!); she also explored the historic streets of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and discovered local spices at plantations. Talk about a sensory overload (in the best possible way)!

All meals and beverages, including select alcoholic drinks, were included throughout her 10-day journey, ensuring a worry-free and indulgent experience. We also had a birthday cake made especially for her as a surprise, and the safari staff sang happy bday!

Tanzania offers an unparalleled safari experience, but it comes at a premium price. A 10-day trip can range from $12,000 to $15,000+ USD per person. High quality services, amenities, transportation, including top-notch guides and drivers, as well as high-end lodges and resorts come at a premium. Additionally, park fees are approximately $1,000 per person, which support crucial conservation and anti-poaching efforts. While less expensive safari options are available, we exclusively work with U.S. equivalent 4-star and 5-star lodges and resorts to ensure a luxurious and immersive experience.
