Hi Everyone! 🫶🏼

I hope everyone has had a wonderful Holiday season and New year! I am just hopping on to deliver some good news with my business. As many of you may know, I have taken over ownership for ‘The Bridal Project’ as of November.

And since then, I have done an insane amount of thinking and have been navigating many personal challenges and experiences throughout the process so far. I have been determined to figure out how I want to pursue my business through myself and to my following.

Because of this, I have decided to completely rebrand my business and change the name to Events by Abiah. As I LOVE wedding planning & design, I also love planning small events too and really want to focus on this moving forward. I not only believe this is the best choice for myself but also for my future clients and amazing vendors I get to collaborate with everyday.

I am thrilled to be announcing this fresh start and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for this business! Make sure to look out for new changes in the next couple of weeks, thank you to all the vendors & clients I get to work with, as none of this would even be possible without you! 💫🤍✨

My goal is to always strive to create unforgettable experience for my clients, & vendors I continue to work with. I can’t imagine spending my time doing anything else.

“ I have been a part of The Bridal Project team since the fall of 2020, starting out as an assistant and becoming the team's lead planner. Recently I have started a new job as a middle school teacher here in the Black Hills, which means I will now only be part of the event staff. In my first year with the company, I planned and coordinated 9 weddings during the wedding season and have loved creating relationships with my clients.

In my free time, I enjoy running half marathons, & being in the outdoors.”

As of August 2nd of this year, our Director of Operations, Abiah Morrison, went into the ER thinking she had a swollen neck and had nothing to worry about. Later that evening, she was told that she was diagnosed with Non- Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer. After getting a biopsy two days later they told her it was actually a diagnosis of Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer at stage 2, located in her neck, shoulders, and chest.

Abiah began chemotherapy in Rapid City for the next 6 months. We are asking for your support in anyway you can. A GoFund me has been created and there will be bracelets and t-shirts available coming soon for order. If you can’t donate, please share.
