Our clients gave themselves a break from the stress of hosting a holiday gathering at home by calling us to handle all the details! From styling & decorating to catering & service, we took care of it all so that our clients could be a guest at their own event 🎉
Another NOT boring corporate offsite 🌴
Our client wanted to host a quarterly team meeting away from the office and the requirement was for it to not feel like a team meeting. So, we took 200 people wine tasting that included a culinary adventure, a dessert station that would make W***y Wonka proud, a variety of millennial approved lawn games and of course we snuck in an info session because it is after all, still a “work event” 😉. One of my favorite moments of an event is right after all the setup is complete and before the doors open for guests to enter. I do a final check and take a few minutes to enjoy the view. Always super proud of the work we put in to make each event memorable for the clients! It’s all in the details!

We love incorporating activities that promote togetherness and community service. Guests were placed into teams and worked together to make blankets that were then donated. We also created a ‘Giving Tree’ that raised awareness to over a dozen local and regional nonprofit organizations. A Big High Five to everyone for coming together for this very special part of the program 🙌🏼

Imagine you’re on a hike in the middle of an enchanted redwood forest and you reach this clearing and you’re greeted by a beautiful spread of freshly squeezed juices, superfood parfaits, handmade delicious protein wraps and carefully crafted small batch trail mix? Can you picture it 😍

The difference between a good event and a great event is all in the details. The guests experience begins the moment they arrive and for some, their experience begins from the moment they receive their invitation. From the first thing they see at the entrance to the chairs they sit on and even the scents in the air, it’s part of the whole event experience. Our amazing floral design partner did just that! Momo brilliantly incorporated Japanese anenomies from the property garden into the already gorgeous arrangements and gave it that beautiful final touch that perfectly tied it all in! And this is what I mean when I say we have some of the best vendor partners in the industry! The proof is in the details 🌸
