When working with a great group of people, sometimes it doesn't even feel like work. Our A+ team gathered to serve a friend's 60th birthday. Food was great and fun was had by all.

Tonight we cooked for a group of college friends on a guys trip. Rainy night and yummy food. Puff pastry with zucchini, tomatoes, feta, and garlic with lemon zest, arugula salad with beets, blue cheese, pepitas, quinoa, corn, roasted bells in cilantro lime dressing, and the salmon marinated with rosemary, orange, honey, and paprika.

Beef tenderloin rubbed with red Chile, coffee, cinnamon and garlic, vegan quinoa and vegetable filled bells, green Chile cheese toast and crème brûlée for some wonderful repeat clients.

Chocolate bistro cake, biscochito crème brûlée, watermelon and feta salad on arugula and roasting green Chile. We think our clients are wonderful and love creating dishes for them!

I saw this idea and wanted to try it. Edible charcuterie boards! I made pizza dough and set the cut wheel of brie in the middle so it could melt into the dough. OMG!!! SO GOOD!!!
