The space
Totally unique oasis in the desert. Private access to the creek. Easy trip into town while very close access to amazing wilderness and some of the best canyons for hiking anywhere. We have a classic 1964 Travel Trailer that you can use as well as a gas grill. IMPORTANT -- this is a camping experience not a lodging experience and there are a number of considerations that mean this place is not the right fit for everyone. Number 1, the closest toilet is a 5-minute walk. While we have water available for washing up, it's spring water and as such may not be the best choice to drink (though some have without problem). Number 2, the Travel Trailer is not yet hooked up to water or power (we just got it) so it's lanterns for lights for now. It sleeps 4 but two beds are kind of a smaller size and the other is a queen size futon. Number 3, our goal here is to share this space with like-minded nature-lovers. It's a very sensitive environment and we maintain a number of guest policies to protect it. Please note dogs need to be on a leash at all times, small children need constant supervision, and large/loud groups may not be a good fit.
