His HBCU (Historically Black Colleges & Universities) Birthday Extravaganza was nothing but EXTRAVAGANT!!! The themed black colleges were Southern, Xavier, Howard & Morehouse!!! What an awesome unique theme & amazing birthday party!!! The food that was served was based from the popular foods that each college resides: ATL-chicken & waffles, Baton Rouge-jambalaya & boudin balls, New Orleans-gumbo & beignets, Washington DC-mumbo meatballs & crab dip!!! I can go on & on!!! Big special thanks to Tiffany, Hugheston Zion Jenkins for choosing me, Aundrea Sherr Rich, Elegant Tier Catering to make her vision a reality!!! Special thanks DJ Rara, Sprinkles Da Hip Hop Clown, the amazing cook, Hughes Jenkins, Ms. Belinda Guillard & the servers & contributors!!! I enjoyed working with you all!!! Shout out to Plaquemine Band who showed up & showed out!!! I give a tremendous thanks my greatest inspiration, my one of a kind husband for all the long days & nights of working in my office, trips from store to store, opinions, suggestions & all!!!
