It's yellow season! Well, actually, anytime of year can be yellow season! Spring - daffodils and narcissus (duh); Summer - sunflowers; fall - zinnias and marigolds. I love walking around my neighborhood looking for the seasonal colors.

Happy National Pets Day! This is Indie (Pie-Pie) and Margot (Margs). We also have a cat at home, Zero. (All rescues!) My family and I are huge animal lovers. Did you know I donate a portion of every wedding a the local humane society? I love helping out the animals who cant speak and just want to be loved in any way I can.

Sometimes life can drag a person down - busy schedules, new baby, working two or more jobs, etc. Finding time to create, write, color, breathe in fresh air can be a struggle. I havent had a hobby in quite some time and would love to find the time for one. I do love to dream about flowers though and think about how to create something new, fresh, and maybe off the wall. Some ideas work - like this head piece - and some flop, and that's okay. Creating is dreaming.
