My Epiphany

Like many brides, I planned my own wedding. I located the venue, created and printed the invitations, booked the caterer, created my decorations, etc. I went down a very thorough list that I found on a wedding website.

What I didn’t learn on the site is that I would need a go-to person on the day of the ceremony. As MY day approached I realized that I would need help and enlisted one of my friends. While she did a stellar job, she was unfamiliar with what the day of needs really were. That is when I realized that having someone more seasoned would have been a better idea.

From that point I began to offer my services to friends and family members that had decided to plan their own weddings. The initial consultation is where I informed them of all the information that I would need from them. I attended the rehearsal to meet their wedding party and become familiar with the vendors. On the day of their wedding, I was there ensuring there was nothing for them to worry about. And now I would like to provide that service to you!
