Hi! I'm Hannah Kallstrom - the photographer & film maker for Kallstrom Photography, LLC.
For those of you who don't know me - here are some fun facts.

2006 – Started First Photography Business - At the age of 16, I had my first camera, obtained my business license and started my first photography business.

2007-2009 Traveling Videographer - At the age of 17, I landed a part-time dream job traveling and recording conferences, weddings, & horse training videos.

Thanks to my photography/videography, I have been to almost 30 states and to Tanzania! Other countries I have been to are Ethiopia, Mexico, & Canada.

2014-2016 Business Management Degree - I went to college and completed a degree in business management which is a great asset for running a photography business.

October 2014 I Met “The One” - In 2014, my life changed at a country family dance in Colville where I met my husband-to-be, Macrey Kallstrom.

August 2015 – Married! - I married the love of my life and we set off on a completely unplanned 9.5 week honeymoon road trip! Our plans and housing had fallen through and we found ourselves with no place to live. So we lived out of the back of our pickup truck and had the best adventure of our lives!

2016 – Babies! - In 2016, we had our first little girl shortly before our first anniversary. Fourteen months later, we had our second little girl and nineteen months later we had our third little girl. Needless to say – I became far too busy for photography!

2022 – Starting My Photography Business Again! - Now that my kids are not quite so little anymore, I am excited to be starting my photo/video business once again, this time with a focus on weddings.

The wedding on Saturday was both one of the best and one of the most challenging weddings that I have ever done. It was by far the most challenging because I was trying to recover from a bad cold that left me weak, stuffed up, and very low on energy. This made the day so difficult for me.

However, Saturday was also one of the very best weddings I have done and this was for two reasons - the bride and groom were absolutely fantastic to work with and I had two of the best assistants ever! I don't know how I would have done this wedding without them.

Thank you to my second photographer Yev Nosov: Spokane Photographer, and assistant Annette Stevens for helping me with this wedding! The two of you were wonderful.
Thank you also to Sierra & Brandon for being so incredible to work with. You really were an exceptional couple. Congratulations you two!

Charging my pile of camera batteries and my own physical batteries in preparation for Sierra Appling and Brandon’s wedding tomorrow!

I came down sick Wednesday but thankfully it was just a quick virus and if I rest today I should have all of my strength back by tomorrow. That’s just one reason it’s always a good idea to hire a second photographer for any wedding!
Thankful for my second photographer, Yev Nosov: Spokane Photographer, who will be joining me.
