Full Job Description

Linen & Dish Washer/Janitor
•Inventory/clean/press/examine laundered tablecloths to ensure cleanliness and serviceability.
•Stores laundered items on hangers & bags and sort onto desired racks, after verifying size and type of fabric.
•Counts and assembles laundered items on cart or linen truck, records amounts of linens to fill projects, and transports pulled linens for delivery/pickup.
•Conducts quarterly and yearly inventory to identify items for replacement.
•Cleans all dishes, china, glassware, and flatware in a ready-to-rent manor.
•Keeps linen/dish room in clean and orderly condition.
•Maintains rental ready condition for Belforest Pointe and Collective Manor venues, including: restrooms, suites, venue main hall, windows, doors, trash, kitchens, etc.

Competencies/Characteristics
•Knowledge of Party, Tent & Rental Equipment is a plus.
•Takes pride in a job well done.
•Has strong independent and teamwork skills.
•Must have reliable transportation to work.
•We are willing to train the right candidate if you are willing to learn.

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Benefits:
•Flexible schedule
•5 Paid Holidays per year: New Year’s, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, Christmas (Available after 3 months of employment)
•2 weeks paid vacation per year (Full-time employees only, available after 6 months of employment)
•Overtime upon availability

Full Job Description

Laborer / Tent Installer
•Installer/ Loader pulls and loads tents, tables and chairs and equipment into company trucks.
•You and your crew are responsible for assembling and disassembling tents and delivery of other rental equipment.
•The work is physically demanding, but rewarding. Must be able to move/lift/carry 50 to 70 lbs.
•Work in crews of 1-6 people depending on the job size. When not out in the field, you will also assist with other warehouse duties.
•Clean and sanitize all rental equipment using ready-to-rent quality standards.

Competencies/Characteristics
•Knowledge of Party, Tent & Rental Equipment is a plus.
•Takes pride in a job well done.
•Has strong independent and teamwork skills.

Gulf Coast Events and Rentals is a full service wedding and event rental company serving the Gulf Coast. From tables, linens, chairs and tableware to furniture, decor, tenting and lighting, our experienced team is dedicated to ensuring your event is flawless. Whether you are planning a wedding, corporate event, private party or school function, we customize each event to meet our clients' exact needs. Our goal is to provide a superior experience with top notch service throughout the design, planning and production of your event. Our newest endeavor, Belforest Pointe, opened in April 2017. Belforest Pointe is an event venue next door to our rental facility, which conveniently provides on-site rentals. It boasts 6,000 square feet of event space that can accommodate parties small or large, an outdoor tented patio with bistro lighting, a bridal suite with floor to ceiling mirrors, a prep room for caterers and 3 acres in the back of our property for an outdoor ceremony or reception.
