Bliss had a very busy day yesterday. The first job was a going away party for 150. We served roasted beef and jerk beef with confetti rice, green beans, and a fruit platter made to resemble the 🇺🇬 flag. Then we provided catering for a very special 25th birthday. We served asada, chicken, and potato tacos. Also, fried wings, fish, and french fries. Thank you, Tim Stansel and Ty James, for choosing Bliss. 🎂🥳🎉

Bliss had the honor of catering for Big Brother 26 winner Chelsie Baham. We served chicken , beef and shrimp fajitas, Spanish rice, refried beans w/ tortillas, spa water, lemonade, and watermelon aguas fresca. I want to thank Deborah of Riverside County Parks and Recreation for choosing Bliss Catering once again! We prepared a burger and salad bar with the fixings and a banana whipped cream sheet cake for 120 park volunteers. Thank you to the two ladies that helped me pull this off and Heaven for your excellent service👏🏾.
