I want to thank Deborah of Riverside County Parks and Recreation for choosing Bliss Catering once again! We prepared a burger and salad bar with the fixings and a banana whipped cream sheet cake for 120 park volunteers. Thank you to the two ladies that helped me pull this off and Heaven for your excellent service👏🏾.

Last night, Bliss had the pleasure of catering a Sweet 16 party of 100 guests. After holding a tasting for this sweet girl and her parents. She said she wanted to book that day and she chose her own menu. Roasted pepper chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, and southern green beans. Along with a beverage station; coffee, hot tea, lemonade, fruit punch, and ice water. A special thank you goes out to my staff..... Sarai, Mishel, and Tiani, you ladies rock!! ❤️ ☎

Thank you to Allison Bracy of Richard T. Fields Bar Association for allowing us to cater their special event last night. On the menu was vegetable spring rolls with a sesame dipping sauce, mini beef sliders, filet mignon beef sticks with a balsamic reduction, mini shrimp tacos, rosemary lamb chops with a basil pesto sauce, chicken satay with a cilantro-lime sauce and mini salmon croquettes. Shouts out to my big girl (Sarai) for being a hard worker in helping to serve nearly 100 guests.

Just completed a very busy weekend. We did taco catering for a special 80th birthday for Ms. Alice. Thank you and family for choosing . Today we catered an executive brunch, bacon, sausage, vegan sausage, breakfast potatoes, potato crusted quiche, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit display, fresh baked pastry display, breakfast trifle and Roasted beef tenderloin, coffee, orange juice and spa water. Thank you for calling on Bliss for this special occasion. To say I am pooped is an understatement but we rocked it! 🥓🍳🧆🍉🍌🍍🍇🥐
