Johnny black and gray quad in second

Well just have to say wasn’t the best weekend for some our riders/supporters but we will over come them in time. I do want to say thank you for all that helped,asked and the ones that were watching over our Johnny Braden as he was off to a great start battling with first was able to move to first position than hitting a rock and getting tossed from the quad which than sent quad over rock cliff!! When Johnny wasn’t coming through with other riders as a parent the anxiety and concerns start flowing as a parent of this sport for many years I told myself ok it’s time to go find Johnny or find any info I can ! So Dad and I started walking came across track official and was told that Johnnys quads is over cliff and he bang his elbow up at that time another track official was driving past with Johnny on back we stopped him the look in Johnnys eyes wasn’t good I have seen those eyes before he said dad it’s not good I said what hurt wrist etc he said no my quad it’s over a cliff well with that being said Dad and I said don’t worry bout that those can be fixed it replaced main thing is how are you, he said Dad I was in first feeling good than he started walking back to the pits upset which I’m ok with at this time knowing he is little banged up but for most part ok so we walked with him he gets back to the pits and some of the crew and great friends said Al let’s go find the quad cause we were told it might be awhile to get it out maybe the crew can do something just to see how bad it was so we started walking to find out that Steve And some of his crew were able to get it out sooner than they thought. Well here they were able to drive it back to pits where Johnny was asked if he wanted to go back out as determined as he was not to get a dnf (did not finish) and scoring some points are better than no points .so give it up to this kid to go back out and finish the race god bless you Johnny love you buddy 👍 the video is attached from his start, the afterm
