Same venue, same planner, very different weddings ✨

And that’s exactly how it should be!! We’ve had the privilege of planning weddings at BAC Weddings for years, and one of our favorite things about this venue is seeing how differently every couple makes it their own.

We don’t want someone to look at your wedding and immediately know who *planned* it. We want them to look around and think: “This is SO them.”

Experience at your venue matters- but knowing how to make that experience work for your unique vision matters even more.

I don’t want to plan a wedding FOR you.

I want to plan it **with** you. 🫶🏼

There are absolutely couples who want to hand over the reins completely- and there are wonderful planners who offer that service! But that’s not what we do at Bubbly.

Our couples still get to experience the fun parts of planning their wedding. You get to have opinions, make choices, fall in love with ideas + create something that ACTUALLY feels like the two of you.

The difference is that you have an experienced planner beside you helping you figure out what’s worth your time, what’s worth your budget, what actually works logistically, and what you can stop stressing about.

You’re involved- you’re just not doing it alone! 🥂 So if you’ve been searching for the team to help make your 2027 // 2028 wedding unforgettable + totally yours, let’s chat 🤍

Most couples don’t come to me with too few ideas. They come to me with TOO MANY 🥲

After consuming wedding content for months, suddenly everything feels important (totally get this). That’s where having an experienced planner becomes super valuable.

Not because I’m going to give you another 50 things to consider- because I can help you narrow it down.

What works with your budget?
What works at your venue?
What makes sense logistically?
What actually MATTERS to the two of you?
And what can we happily remove from the list?

Sometimes the best things a planner can give you *isn’t* another idea... but clarity surrounding your budget + values. 🥂

“Do I really need a planner this early?” 👀

Here’s the thing: some of the decisions that have the biggest impact on your wedding day happen longgg before the final 6-8 weeks.

Your layout.
Your rentals.
Your vendor team.
Your budget (!!!).
Your guest experience.
Your design.
+ all the tiny logistical decisions connecting them together.

That’s why Bubbly Events *intentionally* doesn’t offer standalone day-of coordination or event management.

We don’t want to meet you at the finish line and discover decisions we wish we could have helped you make six months ago 🥲 We want to be in your corner while those decisions are happening — helping you think ahead, avoid unnecessary stress and create a celebration that works just as beautifully as it looks!

If you’re looking for that kind of partnership, we’d love to chat 🥂 reach out via the website to talk about becoming a Bubbly Couple!

This one usually surprises people 👀

When I started Bubbly, I did offer full-service wedding planning, but shifted away in 2021. Not because I don’t believe in it- but because I knew it wasn’t the experience I wanted to create.

I love working with couples who want to be part of the planning process! The ones who get excited about choosing their vendors, dreaming up the little details, and making decisions that reflect their relationship. They don’t want someone to take over- they want someone they can trust to guide them through it.

That’s exactly where I come in 🤍

I’ll help you navigate the overwhelming parts, keep everything organized, offer honest advice, and make sure you’re not missing anything important. You get the confidence of having a planner in your corner while still feeling connected to every part of your wedding.

Because years from now, I don’t want you to remember that I planned your wedding (okay, maybe a little 🥲). I really want you to remember that it felt like YOU from beginning to end.

If you’re planning a 2027 / 2028 wedding and you’re looking for a planner who values collaboration just as much as beautiful details, I’d love to connect!

Might have crashed my computer downloading so many favorites from Chamberlain + Justins’ day 🫠

But HOW STUNNING are they?? Loved every little detail and had SO much fun pulling the design together for this one (their reaction when we walked into the reception was everything).

I’ve noticed a really refreshing shift in weddings lately 🥹

Couples aren’t asking, “What’s everyone else doing?” anymore. They’re asking, “What will actually make this day feel like US?” And I am sooo here for it.

The things my couples are prioritizing right now?
✨ Creating an experience their guests will actually remember
🍸 Incredible food and drinks (because everyone talks about the menu!)
🛋️ Making people feel comfortable and cared for
🤍 Intentional moments that feel personal instead of staged
📷 Less pressure to perform, more space to be present

At the end of the day, the weddings people never stop talking about aren’t the ones with every viral trend, but the ones that felt genuine from start to finish.

If you’re planning a 2027 wedding and want someone who will help you create a day that’s thoughtful, intentional + completely your own, I’d love to chat. My inbox is always open, and I’d be honored to be part of your planning journey! ✨

“Brides, if you’re looking for someone who will keep you sane, handle problems before you even know they exist, and be the best sidekick you could ask for throughout the process, you’ve found your person. Katie is truly exceptional!!!!”

From those initial meetings over drinks, to working through the details over a phone call and “lightening the load” however I can- I truly take so much pride in making your wedding day the MOST special and stress-free it can possibly be.

It was an HONOR to help Marissa + Brooks tie the knot! 🤍 and if you’re looking for a similar experience for your 2027 / 2028 wedding, let’s chat 🥂
