Initial Consultation:
Our process begins with a 1-hour complementary initial consultation. To make the most of our first meeting, we ask that you complete and return our Pre-Wedding Questionnaire form ahead of time. Share any color/fabric swatches you have for reference, photos of flowers you like (Pinterest is great for research!), and anything else that helps convey your vision.
Detailed Quote:
Within one week of your initial consultation, we’ll present you with a detailed quote for your wedding flowers. To secure your date, a 30% non-refundable deposit and signing of our booking contract are required. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
Final Details:
Four to six weeks before your event, we’ll get together again to wrap up final details. Whether on-site or over the phone (you choose), we’ll ensure everything is perfect. Your remaining balance is due two weeks before the event, and any changes can be made until that point. We’re here for you via email and phone until your special day!
