We are looking for qualified and experienced professionals in the food industry. You must have at least 5-10 years experience as a kitchen manager and or operations/General manager in the food service industry. You must be an excellent leader. In addition you must have excellent computer skills. You will need to be smoke/tobacco/vape/dip and drug free.

You will be responsible for running the entire operations in the East TN and surrounding areas. You will be responsible to schedule prep days and delivery for all employees. You will also be responsible for procuring all the designated food for prep.You will also be responsible to schedule all employees. All resources will be made available to you. Additional details will be available at interview.

You will need to be able to assist with anything from washing dishes, cutting vegetables, prepping meat and ....... being a runner for kitchen duties.
