Serving 5-250 for all events. We proudly use local, organic produce whenever possible. Viking Catering is owned by founders John Allen and Marc Nielsen.
They have over twenty five years professional kitchen experience, with John serving as an Executive Chef for several years. Viking is prepared to work with any budget for any event and also provides vending/food services for festivals. We provided foods ranging from $5 per person to $30 + per person. This covers everything from simple sandwiches and dips to gourmet meals. We also provide professio
nal desserts prepared by Kristine Cole. We will travel ANYWHERE, but are based in the Kansas City Area. Viking can also provide Valet services and Karaoke/DJ services.
