We have spent years perfecting techniques and flavor profiles that allows our BBQ to be ranked as one of the best around. We caterer all types of events with "award winning" brisket, ribs, chicken, pork, ham, bologna, sausage and our amazing sides. We also compete anywhere from 5 to 6 times a year in OKBS and

Made it back from Pork-A-Palooza in Weatherford OK. Oklahoma cooks always draw most talent packed fields around but this field of teams was another level! A solid number of top 15 teams in the nation joined the party! We had pretty good cook for as rusty as we are. First cook in the new trailer and of course it wouldn’t be comp without some obstacles. 30 plus mph winds, flat tire and what we thought was a inflatable mattress to sleep on was actually a….. inflatable 2 person kayak! 👀😳🤪😩 we powered through, had a great time and saw great friends!
