Amazing amazing amazing! Run, don't walk, to Perfect Petals. I met with several florists for my wedding and Tisha/Perfect Petals just blew me away with her preparedness, talent, creativity, and experience. My budget wasn't insane, but I swear Perfect Petals made it look like I spent 3xs what I did.

If you're planning a wedding, you know how aggravating it is to map out all the details. Perfect Petals made the decor process so, so easy. I walked out of my consult meeting feeling like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders, completely reassured that Perfect Petals was going to nail my vision for the wedding (and they did, yay!).

I cannot recommend Perfect Petals enough. If you're thinking about contacting them, don't hesitate. Partnering with their team was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding!

Looking for a way to do a different take on topical? We loved this shoot because we got to bring in, fun, lush, tropical florals, in a classy, moody, black and white kind of vibe. While we adore bright, vibrant colors, this is another fun way to make a vision completely your own. You can have tropical florals with whatever your color scheme is!

Hey there !
It’s that time of the year where we evaluate our Services and Pricing.
One of our core values at Expressive Solutions & Creations: Expressive Events as an affordable Planner in the industry is to provide a quality service to each and every one of our Clients. We strive to make sure our Services remain within a great price range for our potential clients along with staying underneath the overall average cost that a Planner charges within the industry.

After reviewing the breakdown of each service that we provide, including all of the additional work we put in for our Clients that would be considered add-ons with another Planner, we have decided to increase the cost of each Planning/Coordinating Service this year by 0.087% (the standard increase is 15%). This change will go into effect on today, 6/1/2024 at 10 am CST!

With this increase we are happy to note that we will still continue to be at least 50-54% below the average cost of Wedding Planning Services in the Kansas City Metro Area ($2500-$6500.00).

If you have received a quote prior to the date of 6/1/24, no worries, your rate has been locked in and you will not be affected by this increase. Please also that in order help with the increase, we have lowered our Retainer from 40% to 25% and still offer amazing payment arrangements for all balances.

We appreciate you all as supporters and are grateful for the business you do with us. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this price increase, please reach out. We're happy to chat more about this with you.

Wedding # 2 for Memorial Day weekend was a colorful tulip fest!!! We loved the colorful, simple wedding .

Wedding #1 of 4 for the weekend. A beautiful white,blue and pink Wedding ***co. It was such a gorgeous day!! Absolutely adore the hoop arrangements we made. We hung them from Shepherd hooks and then repurposed them as centerpieces! A great help to the budget! Hoops are from rentals!! So are the stands that have large arrangements on them.

Get to know the owner!
This is Tisha! The creative force behind Perfect Petals! Tisha has been in the floral game for a long time and knows all the tips and tricks to make a vision come true. After working for years in a retail florist environment, Tisha decided to change course and began doing special event florals. She wanted to get out of the “assembly line” feel of that experience, and into something that gave her an opportunity to make a personal connection with the client, to create something truly for one persons vision. Her favorite part of the process is getting to meet with the client. She loves hearing about the details of their big day, and their floral dreams. She takes a collaborative approach in offering her expertise by offering solutions and recommendations in response to our bride’s visions. Her other favorite part (it’s a tie!) is the big reveal! It’s such a joy to finish setting up, and getting to see the reactions from our brides and their families! It is so rewarding to see everything come together and know we’ve nailed it!

Did you know that there’s a rule when it comes to centerpieces? I don’t know about you, but we’ve been to parties where you have to do the centerpiece yoga. You know the one: where you’re stretching from side to side and craning your neck to see over the flowers, or decor, to see the person sitting across from you!
When you put forth all the work to plan and curate your big day, the last thing you want is your guests talking about how they couldn’t see Grandma across the table!
So here’s the fix- centerpieces should either be short enough to see over or tall enough to see under/through. As a rule of thumb, we don’t do anything taller than about 12” or, alternately, shorter than 24-30”. And voilá! Conversations saved! 😉 You’re welcome!

Pro tip- If you're big into hiking, biking, climbing, or just being outside- an outdoor venue, surrounded by trees is a great way to highlight your personalities into the theme! Not to mention - it's a great way to save cost on decor - Nature's always decorated!

Want some centerpiece inspo? We have become pros at creating these little bud vased arrangements! We love the creative freedom of making each one a little different, but cohesive all together. The variety makes these little babies a great way to bring in an organic feel to your decor! Want even better news- we rent out these adorable little vases so you don’t have to worry about finding them, bringing them to us and all that jazz. We’ll supply and design them, just have your maid of honor bring em back! Low stress!

We don't mean to brag, but we've gotten pretty good at making some killer pocket square boutonnieres! We love these pocket squares because they let us include a little bit larger array of florals, into your groom's wedding day look. It's also a great way to compliment the florals in your wedding bouquet and to show cohesion!

You know that we love a dramatic moment, and this was definitely one of our favorites! We had the pleasure (and challenge!) of making this gigantic garland and vased arrangements for Sydney and Michael! (Not to mention the outside decor!)
This took our team about 4 hours to execute and we'll be the first to say - ! Want a little more drama? That light up sign behind the table had cold sparks on either side of it! Talk about a show stopper!

Do You love bright colors and thinking of using them for your wedding? Perfect Petals loves bright colors as well and would be excited to help you plan your colorful wedding! For the bride's bouquet, we used pink and orange tulips, pink snapdragons, orange roses, pink Ice protea, green hanging amaranthus and asoorted greenery. We used those same flowers for the ceremony backdrop. Once the ceremony is over, the ceremony flowers can be repurposed for guest tables.
