It's NATIONAL HUG DAY!
National Hug Day began in 1986 thanks to the idea of a Christian pastor in Michigan. The goal was to encourage everyone to hug family and friends more often. It has since sparked as an official "day" and is celebrated in many countries across the world.

Some of y'all aren't the hugging type. If that's you, I'm sorry for the next sentence....

Y'ALL- go ahead: find your people, and squeeze their necks!
Tell them that you love them, while you're at it!

Y'all chose ME to capture, edit, and deliver over 30,000 images in 2024. I've traveled for y'all's vacations, been the first to know exciting special news, dried tears, danced for toddler smiles, held lots of babies, made dinner plates, joined you on the dance floor to teach group dances, kept everyone calm during stressful circumstances, surprised grandma with a session for the whole family, navigated logistics for bumps in the schedule, cleaned up bodily fluids, brought snacks and treats, thought out of the box, and truly let my creative side shine- this year more than ever.
