Just wanted to give everyone an update. We are updating our Logo for the Rubs that are now on sale. We have them available on two different platforms currently. If you are local to us and want to just pick up the rub without paying for shipping please use the Square site and choose local pick up option. Then just let Either Joe or Jerry know about the order and we will get your rub to you ASAP. We now have both our Butt Rub and our latest release House Rub. Keep your eyes open to upcoming updates as we begin the videos soon on Youtube with some of our reciepes using these rubs.

I think the sauce testing is complete and is ready to get it bottled. Once we finalize the bottling it will be available in our store so keep your eyes open for that update.

How can you really have a sauce test without some Baby Back ribs???? Oh yes, it's rubbed with our Butt rub and will be finished with our sweet sauce later!

Well I think the rub recipe turned out pretty good, but not sure if we got a good smoke ring. :) And the new sauces, well let's just say they will be coming to our online store soon enough!

Testing a new rub recipe for Brisket. I wish I could post a scratch and sniff picture but this precook photo is best I can share. If it turns out as expected tomorrow for dinner, the rub will be going into our online store soon! Yes we smoke it in a pan to capture some of that au jus for basting later. Nothing better to bast with than the natural beef au jus for Brisket.
