VOLUNTEERS

(4 hours will earn you a parking pass. and a volunteer shirt)

T-Shirt Tent Volunteers are VISIBLE, POSITIVE AMBASSADORS of the Club and Tournament. They assist with the onsite sales and preorder pickup of PSI merchandise. Anyone age 16 or older can be a T-Shirt Tent volunteer.

Field Marshals are responsible for monitoring a small area of 2-5 game fields. They are a visible, positive ambassador of the Club and Tournament. All Field Marshals receive a field map, list of responsibilities, radio to communicate with tournament headquarters and identifiable vest. Field Marshals radio for medics, transportation, referees, game balls and supplies. In cases of unruliness, Field Marshals radio headquarters with the field number, so a Super Marshal can respond directly. Field Marshals are not asked to handle disputes and do not check in teams or report game scores. Anyone age 16 or older can volunteer to be a field marshal. Anyone age 25 or older can volunteer to be a designated golf cart driver.

What a whirlwind weekend for us - setting up at Springfield’s Prom AND AfterProm! They provided some excellent volunteer dealers and we provided the equipment and a few expert dealers for guidance and coverage. Had a ton of action and the kids had an absolute riot at both events! The tables were full from open to close!
