COVID-19 Update - Due to the virus and food safety being of the utmost importance to us, we are eliminating buffet services throughout 2022 and upgrading all weddings to a family style meal - AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. Unlike our competitors, we will not charge you a "per head" or tray fee. We will sit down with you, discuss your vision - your likes and dislikes and we will then go out look at options

that represent you and present you a menu with choices and offer you a free tasting. There are no hidden fees, no gimmicks - just great rustic mediterranean food that your guest and most importantly you will love!

We had such a wonderful event last night. We gathered, regardless of political affiliation, and celebrated that the first woman of color has been nominated for President of the United States. We had over 200 people here at the venue, all of whom were full of glee, joy, and love. it was our first time running “a restaurant” for that many people. There were some hiccups, but my servers and my back of the house were exceptional. And the food was slamming! A big thank you, and happy birthday birthday, to my cousins Lisa Abad-Brown and Julie Abad-Piazza and their families who drove out from Detroit to come and support this venture. And now that that event is over, I’ve been in the kitchen for the past two hours cooking for our next three events over the next two days. I can’t wait for Sunday, when I can just stay in bed and recuperate. finally, the biggest shout out to Phebeit Jackson-Ingram for always being the most incredible, warm, and welcoming host. Thank you for making this Venue home to me and my team.

This past weekend was our 1st wedding of the year, so season has officially started. In addition to the wedding, we also catered a high school prom at The Venue by Eleven 11 Events. We served over 500 guests in one day! What a way to start the season. This coming weekend it is our Day at the Derby Event at The Northfork Estate, where we will be showcasing the fabulous foods of Kentucky!

We did it, we actually did it. 600 breakfasts, 600 lunches, and 600 snacks in two days. And now the second drop off of the leftovers (and my favorite part of what we do)….. our dear employee taking the leftovers to our local homeless shelter. Her car was loaded. And when I see photos like this, I truly realize how blessed I am. I get to do what I love, I get to share my love with food, and then I get to help feed people who may have gone to bed hungry tonight. Wow! I’m overwhelmed and exhausted

What a day today! We prepped for the last 10 hours for our event on Tuesday and Wednesday where we will be serving 300 people each day, breakfast and lunch. Today we made: 10 gallons of cheddar broccoli soup, 10 gallons of tomato & basil bisque soup, 10 gallons of chicken orzo soup, 10 gallons of Asian chicken noodle soup, 40 pounds of chicken salad and 600 cups of coffee. We did a lot of other stuff too, but that was just A quick glimpse of life in the kitchen.

Well it is finally here…..our last event of the year and we are finishing at The Venue by Eleven Events with a sweet 16 ...

Well it is finally here…..our last event of the year and we are finishing at The Venue by Eleven Events with a sweet 16 birthday bash. Some pretty awesome bites of food will be made today. A nacho bar, cheeseburger sliders, our signature sweet heat wings AND mini lobster rolls (with fresh Maine lobster) just to name a few!

What an incredible year. First and foremost, we moved into our new kitchen at Eleven 11 Events Group. It was the most challenging and rewarding thing I have ever done in my career. We love it there and we love Phebeit for welcoming us!

We grew our team with some fabulous new servers and cooks and we are so happy and blessed to call them and welcome them into our family.

We had a very busy year to say the least. We have run multiple events from 30 people to 400 on the same day. And yes, there were some growing pains with that, but we got up, dusted ourselves off and LEARNED from them!

We focused on our All Inclusive package at The Northfork Estate, one of our most favorite venues on earth! Thank you Marta for selecting us as your premier vendor for this exclusive package. We are looking forward to more and more bookings this coming year!

I will finish with a THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us, joined our team, helped us move, hired us, enjoyed our food, etc. you have touched our lives and left a permanent mark!

We just finished our last wedding of the year. What a fabulous couple and a gorgeous day. The reception was held at The Meridian in Farmington Hills and it was amazing! What a wonderful way to end the year. Thank you to all my clients, my family who supported me, and my incredible team!

We are a custom from-scratch catering business. Unlike our competitors, we will not charge you a "per head" or tray fee. We will sit down with you, discuss your budget parameters - your likes and dislikes and we will then go out look at options that YOU can afford and present you a menu with choices. Our pricing is all-inclusive, there are no hidden fees, no gimmicks - just great unique and delicious food that your guest and most importantly you will love!

If you are wanting your wedding or event meal to be an integral part of your celebration, then we are the caterer for you! We are fully licensed and insured and all of our employees are Servsafe certified.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have eliminated all buffet & family style meals and will serve your guests with our brand new table side service AT NO ADDITIONAL cost. Why pay for a buffet, when we can spoil you and your guests by serving them, fresh made, delicious food, while they stay seated and safe?
