dining can be incredibly delicious!

A marinade of , and spices imparts flavor and color ! below

1 block extra firm tofu

1 small cooked beet
1 small cooked carrot
2 oz tamari
1 clove garlic
2 sheets nori
Paprika, Chili Powder, Celery Seed, Sumac all to taste
1 tsp lemon zest
1 cup water

Puree marinade ingredients together and set tofu into it. Allow to marinade at least two hours or better, over night.

Sautee or bake your salmon as you prefer.
