INFORMACIÓN GENERAL:
Las transacciones que se efectúen se sujetan a los presentes Términos y Condiciones, así como a la Legislación chilena vigente, en particular a la Ley sobre Protección de los Derechos de los Consumidores. Es requisito para comprar en Balloons Sorpresas la aceptación de los términos y condiciones de ventas descritos a continuación. Cualquier persona que realice una transacción

con nosotros, conoce y acepta todas y cada una de las condiciones descritas a continuación. OTROS:
– Una vez realizado el pedido NO es posible anular la compra.

– No realizamos devolución de dinero, ni algún tipo de compensación si la entrega no se efectúa por razones ajenas a nuestra empresa como lo es: Dirección incompleta proporcionada por el cliente, No encontrarse ninguna persona en el domicilio (en estos casos el producto se dejará en recepción si aplica para la dirección), o el destinatario no quiera recibir el producto.

-Si el producto se encuentra realizado no es posible realizar devolución del dinero.

– No realizamos entregas en horario especifico, debido a eventualidades que se puedan presentar, y condiciones de tráfico en la ciudad. Nuestro rango de entrega es de 9am a 2pm o 2pm a 6 pm. (se pueden realizar excepciones con previo aviso y condiciones aceptadas por nosotros)

– Nuestra empresa se reserva el derecho de rechazar o anular una orden de compra por incumplimiento de nuestras condiciones o motivo de fuerza mayor.

– No podrán realizar cambios de productos, ni datos de envío proporcionados una vez realizada la compra. En el caso de cambios de Datos de Ubicación se debe realizar con previo aviso de 2 días mínimos.

– Trabajamos con productos naturales y predecibles, estos podrían presentar cambios o variaciones.

– Los globos adoptan diferentes comportamientos en cuanto al clima por lo que se debe tener claro las siguientes variaciones: el globo látex al aire libre suele opacarse, los globos metalizados cuando son expuestos a temperaturas menores de 15℃ el aire que está dentro de él se comprime, cuando es expuestos a alta temperaturas este vuelve a inflarse, y si son temperaturas muy altas puede explotar.

– Las bases, decoraciones o cajas pueden variar de color según stock.

Cherry On Top🍒 Maya♥️

15 minutes to decorate is so little in children’s play places. However, this was achieved🙌🏼 iridescent and red tablecloths, cherry plates, napkins and glasses, water with cherry label, pink cake bases, cupcake, pop cake and cakesicle with cherry details, gift box with Maya’s name and and a painting bag with their crayons and of course the Cherry-themed decoration could not be missed (all in record time)🎈
