Veils are having a moment, and I am here for it. Besides being so whimsically romantic, they make for epic photos. And I love the personalization I’m seeing. Sara chose to have a note in her grandmother’s handwriting embroidered on the bottom of the veil. It was a beautiful way to honor her, and one of my favorite details from their day. ⁠

As much as I love a light and airy aesthetic, I also love something a little cozy and moody, especially during the fall and winter months. N & N’s reception tent felt elegant and comfortable at the same time. The formal gold place setting was balanced with personal homemade focaccia tied with a hand-lettered tag featuring each guest’s name. It’s those little details that make a guest feel seen, while the big details transport and bring the magic. ⁠
