“Our biggest and most meaningful thank you goes out to Rachelle. We were so blessed to be referred to her by a family member who hired her for their own wedding last year. Honestly, it felt like all the stars aligned for us after meeting Rachelle. We are forever grateful for everything she did for us to make our wedding day a successful and more importantly joyous celebration with our closest family and friends.

A little background- I started wedding planning at the beginning of May, and we met/hired Rachelle at the beginning of July. From the initial meeting, we felt like she had our best interests at heart. I'm a naturally indecisive person, so we didn't have any vendors super secured by the time we hired her, but that worked out perfectly because she gave us referrals for a florist, photographer, photobooth, and cake/dessert. We will forever be in awe of how easy and great it was to work with our vendor team, and how beautiful the venue looked with all the decorations. Not only would we highly recommend Rachelle as a wedding planner to any of our family/friends, but we would recommend every single one of the vendors she referred us to!

What we are grateful for the most is her HEART, and how she pours everything she has into her events (c'mon look at all these positive reviews and her work on her social media). She is just a genuinely caring person. I can 1000% say that I had NO WORRIES on my wedding day because of Rachelle. My husband and I were able to happily soak in every moment.

I can keep going on about all the amazing things Rachelle did for us, but I guess this review is long enough lol. If you're thinking of hiring her, just do it. She has so much professional insight and experience, and is just an easygoing and kind person to work with. She was determined to make sure our wedding day was amazing. There are probably other little things/ background work that we didn't even realize she did to make the day go smoothly. For that and everything else, THANK YOU RACHELLE!!! We truly mean it! From the very beginning Nicole knew she wanted to include a first look with her dad into the wedding day timeline. She planned the exact spot where it would take place, the staircase of her family home. It’s meaningful moments like these that remind me of the importance of family, taking time to pause and share words of gratitude with your loved ones on such an important day. The bond between a daughter and father is the reason why you will want to plan this moment ahead of time with your wedding planner.

Here are 3 tips to get ready for this moment:
1️⃣ Make sure Dad is dressed and ready, so you both look your best.
2️⃣ Schedule the First Look with Dad after your bridal getting ready moments.
3️⃣ Allow for 10-15 minutes for your photo and video teams to capture this.

My favorite part of the wedding ceremony is the exchange of vows. Here are my FIVE tips for getting you ready to write your wedding vows💕✨:

1️⃣ Agree on the length of time the vows should be. I recommend a range of 2-4 minutes.
2️⃣ If you need ideas on what to write, think about the moment when you first met. How did it make you feel? What do you respect most about your fiance? What inspires you about your fiance?
3️⃣ Make notes for pausing, especially if you know certain sentences hit you harder.
4️⃣ Write a vow, a promise to your partner from here on out.
5️⃣ Have a legible, clean copy ready. As gorgeous as these vow books are (which I designed and created for my clients🙂), I often ask my clients to type and print out their vows for easy reading and hand write it in the future.

When I start to pull ideas together for tablescape design, I start with color. Now I know you may think this is too much pink, but for me it was intentional. Pink tones represent passion, love and femininity and adding in neutrals in white showcase simplicity and virtue. When I work with my clients on finalizing a color palette for their wedding, I not only include colors but words to describe the overall vision. The end result, a radiant tablescape filled with warmth, positivity and charm. 💖
